Medical treatment
Indications are limited to acute, chronic or recurrent oral sinus infections:
Tooth abscess, inflammation, dermatitis of the lower jaw, inflammation around the crown of the teeth,
Gingivitis, stomatitis,
Periodontitis,
Inflammation of parotid glands, inflammation of the parotid glands.
Preventive treatment
Preventive treatment of infectious complications on the spot after oral-dental surgery.
The efficacy of the drug in the prevention of infectious endocarditis has not been proven.

Dosage
Treatment and treatment:
Adults: 4 to 6 capsules daily, divided into 2 or 3 doses with meals. In severe cases, the dose may be increased to 8 tablets per day.
Children: From 6 to 10 years: 2 tablets daily. From 10 to 15 years: 3 tablets per day (ie 2.25 million IU of spiramycin and 375 mg of metronidazole).
Treatment of local infection prevention after oral surgery: Adults: 4 to 6 tablets per day, divided into 2 or 3 times with meals. Children: From 6 to 10 years: 2 tablets daily. From 10 to 15 years: 3 capsules per day.
